Palais Royal Restaurant Venezia – Michelin-Starred Culinary Art in Venice’s Nolinski Hotel

Palais Royal Venezia; Every bite tonight was pure heaven… a symphony of flavor and artistry. This marks our third visit to Chef Philip Chronopoulos’ culinary world; two unforgettable experiences in Paris, and now here, in Venice. When you see his name, you instantly know you’re about to experience one of the best dining moments of your life. A single Michelin star is simply no justice, he deserves all three, and truly, a distinction of his own must be created! We’d follow him anywhere in the world, wherever he chooses to open next, hopefully in Dubai! because what he creates goes far beyond fine dining; it’s emotion, passion, and perfection on a plate. Looking forward to meeting you again Chef.. we missed you in Venice And I would like to say heartfelt thank you to the Palais Royal Venezia service team for your epic hospitality and attention to every beautiful detail. Where to start… the food, the team, the ambiance. Mr. A. Biancotto really knows how to run the place. Every detail was right, communication was superb, and the food was extraordinary. The synergy between service and kitchen was amazing. This is not a 1-star restaurant, it’s better. In short, I’ll be back next year not if, but when they reach the two stars.

Though the food was good, the dining experience was completely ruined by the loud music much better suited to a bar than a fine dining restaurant.

My fiancé surprised me with a dinner at the Palais Royal to celebrate our engagement. We had a beautiful evening at the restaurant, enjoying outstanding food and attentive service. Each course was creative and combining French techniques with Greek/Italian cuisine. We loved every minutes of it and highly recommend. The first star is more than well deserved and the second star should follow soon

We had a wonderful dinner on our recent trip. The mix of cuisine between French, Venetian, and the chef's native Greek was unique and delicious. The staff was extremely attentive.

It’s a hidden gem - we’ve been to a lot of Michelin star restaurants and I chose this for our engagement dinner! Fantastic service and food, surely on the rise to a second star. Wish them that more food enthusiasts discover the place! Only thing to consider might be the speed of serving, would have loved a short break somewhere but otherwise a full excellent experience with a great team! All the best!!

A culinary legend in the making. Hardly anyone knows about this fine dining masterpiece, but things will probably change soon. A French/Mediterranean fusion that bursts with flavor, color, and ingenuity. One of the best meals I had in Italy.
